Today the publisher of the mobile JRPG Fate/Grand Order announced that the English version of the game passed six million downloads. The milestone has been achieved in less than two years since the games western release in June of 2017. In order to celebrate the event, players will be able to enjoy a nine-part 6 Million Downloads Campaign beginning May 15. SANTA MONICA, CA (January 14, 2019) For the first time ever, American fans of Fate/Grand Order will get a chance to experience the fantastic world of the mobile game thanks to the Fate/Grand Order U.S.A. Tour 2019. The tour will be making its first stop in Los Angeles, California with a special two-day event held at the California Market Center. The celebration begins with a kickoff night on February 23rd from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (PST) and continues the next day on February 24th from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (PST).
Aniplex has also announced two anime projects based on the Fate/Grand Order smartphone RPG: CloverWorks works on a TV anime series Zettai Maju Sensen Babylonia (The Absolute Frontline in the War Against the Demonic Beasts: Babylonia) in 2019, and Production I.G produces a two-part anime feature film Shinsei Entaku Ryouiki Camelot (The Sacred Round Table Realm: Camelot) with the first part "Wandering; Agateram" and the second part "Paladin; Agateram" in near future. The two were chosen as the fans' most favorite quests via the survey held in the game in January 2018. Also in the survey, "TV anime" was the fans' most wanted next project from the Fate/Grand Order franchise, while "feature film" was the second.
To celebrate six million downloads, Fate/Grand Orders English versionwill kick off the nine-part 6 Million Downloads Campaign beginning May 15. Rewards include daily login bonuses, an additional EXP card set in Da Vincis workshop, increased success rates for Servant and Craft Essence enhancements, and double Saint Quartz fragments for clearing the weekly Master Missions. The celebratory campaign will also feature the addition of Hunting Quests Part 3, Rank Up Quests Part 6, and new Interludes for the following Servants.
